Foreign Wokers Service:

1. Rekomendasi BKPM (Rekomendasi Tenaga Kerja Asing selaku Pemilik Modal)

Investment Coordinating Board has published The Regulations of Investment Coordinating Board No. 13 Year 2017 that rules about guidelines, licensing procedures and investment facilities. As mentioned in artice 93 verse 1 explaining that admission recommendation is given to the foreign workers who don’t work, but doing foreign investment. This recommendation is a requirement to get the admission (Vitas)

2. RPTKA (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing)

Expatriat Placement Plan (RPTKA) is a plan for a certain position that is made by foreign employers in certain time authorized by minister or other officials.

3. Notifikasi IMTA (Notifikasi Ijin Mempergunakan Tenaga Kerja Asing)

Work permit (IMTA) is a written permission given by minister or other certain officials.

4. Telex/VITAS (Visa Ijin Tinggal Terbatas)

Admission (VITAS) is give to the foreign citizen who would like to stay in Indonesia for maximum two years. When arriving in Indonesia, VITAS can be used to submit admission permit, at least 30 days since immigration sign given.

5. KITAS (Kartu Ijin Tinggal Terbatas)

Temporary Stay Permit Card (KITAS) is the card given to foreign citizens within time period 1 year and can be extended until 4 years. The basis of giving KITAS for the foreign workers in Indonesia is in order to work here

6. KITTAP (Kartu Ijin Tinggal Tetap)

Permanent Stay Permit Card (KITTAP) is the card given to to the foreign citizens who would like to stay in Indonesia in a long period. The time period of KITTAP is 5 yearsand can be extended in unlimited time period with in provision that Stay Permit is not cancelled.

7. STM (Surat Tanda Melapor)

Indonesian Police Report Letter (STM) is a letter issued by Indonesian Police as a proof that a foreigner has been registered with them. As mentioned in JUKLAP Kapolri No. Pol/02/XII/95 about permision and notification, UU No 9 Year 1992about immigration and PP No.31 Year 1994 about Foreigners Surveillance by the police and otehr immigration things.

8. SKTT (Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal)

Residency Certificate or SKTT that is or foreign workers that issued by division of population and civil  registration.
